Time to evolve | Nodrog Channel Update
Another year gone and so much has changed. This seems to be the norm these days. As said in other posts I thank you for your support especially with the cost of everything climbing. I hope it improves very soon.
As you'll see I've deviated away from mainstream railway content. Is it me or does the whole industry feels weaker? Since Covid I've lost contact with those in the PR and similar as many have left for other roles etc. A lot of graft has gone into the railway work I provided but I feel it's coming to an end.
I like the railways, but as you'll know I love walking old routes and the history connected with them. This has spurned a thirst to explore more of our history. Providing railway content like
I did took an enormous amount of time arranging visits, filming etc with very little return. As you'll know I have a wife, 6 kids and a whole bunch of responsibilities beyond Youtube thus it's no longer viable to commit full time to the industry. I've had a blast with all who contributed and aided my videos, many friends and memories made and the channel will remain a great hobby with fresh content.
So this is the plan. I will endeavour to take up any opportunities rail related like the bicentennial celebrations or similar. I will choose a selection of 'railway' type walks on general history (In the better weather). Blackpool's features, I will also be continuing with the weather channel - when mother nature allows, and doing more abandoned style videos, albeit they seem to have gone into the paranormal (GhostTV)
Lets see how the channel evolves, lets see what the future delivers, either way I really appreciate your support and both Faye and I wish you the very best for 2023! Enjoy the videos - supported and funded by you!

I'm fascinated with what surrounds us!
Being out doors is definitely the best form of adventure to us all.
